Planetary Chemistry 2
Chemistry of Neighboring Planets
in early development
Having suffered much loss during World War II, the Soviet Union viewed the development of missiles as an important part of their national defense. But the successful development of those missiles provided for a number of pioneering achievements for studying other parts of the Solar system.
